Position Summary
The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance. Key Responsibilities
🧭 Strategic Leadership

Lead the company’s financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.

10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 in a senior executive role (CFO, VP of Finance, etc.).

Proven experience in a mid-sized or large company with multi-location operations.

Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, risk management, and GAAP.

Experience with ERP systems and financial technologies (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Workday).
