Placement Fee: A fee of 20% of the candidate’s annual base salary will be charged upon the successful placement of the candidate.

6-Month Guarantee: If the candidate leaves or is terminated for any reason within the first 6 months of employment, we will provide a one-time replacement at no additional cost. Alternatively, if a suitable replacement cannot be found, we will refund 50% of the placement fee.
